How to get your voucher
- Online: order using the order form on our German voucher page. Pay by invoice, or by TWINT or card when you collect it.
- At the studio: come by during opening hours and take the voucher with you straight away.
- By phone or email: on 031 318 85 85 or at info@lafinesse.ch. We prepare the voucher. You collect it at the studio, or we send it by post.

Before Christmas
For delivery by post, it is best to order by mid-December so that the voucher arrives in time. For collection, you can order until shortly before the holidays. We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 and on Saturday from 8.00 to 16.30, a two-minute walk from Bern station.
Redeeming a voucher
The recipient books their appointment online or by phone on 031 318 85 85 and brings the voucher to the treatment. New clients receive a free skin analysis with their first facial.
