How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way is online via Treatwell, around the clock, at the times that suit you. You can also call us or send us a message using the contact form.
I have never been to La Finesse. What happens at my first visit?
At the start, we take time for your questions and wishes. For facials, we first carry out a skin analysis, which is free for new clients with their first treatment. Before laser hair removal, there is a free consultation with a test treatment. All treatments take place in a quiet private room.
I don’t know which treatment suits me. What should I book?
Look up your concern under Skin concerns and solutions or give us a call. You can also simply book the treatment that comes closest to your concern. If something else suits you better after the skin analysis, we will tell you openly.
How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment (Monday to Saturday). For appointments on a Monday, please cancel by the Saturday before at the latest. Appointments cancelled later or not attended must be charged in accordance with our terms and conditions.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is made before the treatment. Subscriptions are paid in cash, by TWINT or by advance payment before the treatment begins. When you book online via Treatwell, you will see the payment options directly during booking.
Are gift vouchers available?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available directly at the studio. The amount cannot be paid out in cash.
Is there a loyalty programme?
Yes. You receive a stamp for every treatment. Once your card has seven stamps, you receive a 20% price advantage on the following treatment at your eighth visit, automatically and without registration. Find out more in the Membership programme.
Is it worth recommending La Finesse?
Yes. For every successful recommendation, you receive 10% on your next treatment. Your friend simply gives your first name and surname when booking.
Do you also treat men?
Yes. Many men come to us for laser hair removal, waxing and sugaring on the back and chest, HydraFacial®, facials, manicures and pedicures.
Do I need to tell you about medication or a pregnancy?
Yes, please. You must tell us before the treatment if you are taking medication (including temporarily) or are pregnant. Some treatments are then not possible, or only possible in an adapted form.
Does a cosmetic treatment replace a visit to the dermatologist?
No. Our work is cosmetic. In the case of skin diseases, suspected rosacea, severe acne or spots that are changing, your skin should first be seen by a doctor. If we notice anything unusual during the skin analysis, we will tell you.

At Aarbergergasse 56, 3011 Bern, in Bern city centre, a two-minute walk from Bern station. Open Monday to Friday 9.00 to 18.30 and Saturday 8.00 to 16.30, closed on Sunday.
